"I have been with State Farm since I was 16. Now I’m 56. I have had several encounters and they are the best!!!! I also have my homeowners insurance with them. Gary Charlon office in Ridgecrest is the absolute best. They care. They are so on top of everything they do. Nothing slips through the cracks. Sooooo glad to have them as my insurance provider. I never have to worry about anything. Thank-you!!!!"

"Everyone in house was great. The claims specialist we got assigned to was a bit harsh. In the investigation/interview process he spoke with my wife and because of a misuse of vocabulary he claimed it to still be partial my wife’s fault. I went on to explain to the specialist that stopping and bracing yourself for impact in our terms were the same thing but he began to be very defensive as if we were going against him. To my understanding he is suppose to be helping us as much as possible get this situated. On another field, the frustration with having to go back and forth with farmers on trying to get this settled had us so flustered already that when it came to working with our own insurance, if I could say “our team”, I was expecting some reassurance but felt like I was back at square one of frustration. None the less, we just said okay to the new allocation that instead of my wife being held liable for 40%(which was farmers deal) we would settle with 15% liability because of a missed word on “stopping” and “bracing yourself”. I understand the investigation part and how important it is to speak proper. But you can imagine our frustration from the entirety of the start. Like I said, in house great, shop was great. Claims specialist wasn’t horrible but could have helped us feel like we were being helped rather then being charged."

"I recently had to file a claim on my car. Gary Charlon's State Farm Insurance was amazing at helping me file the claim. The girl's in the office took wonderful care to see that I was helped and had a swift payment made to get my car fixed. They also set up a rental car for me so I would have transportation during the time my car was in getting serviced. Gary and his staff most definitely are the ones to go to for outstanding, professional, and very accommodating insurance services. Thank you for all that you do!"

"This is the 2nd time in 4 months that I've had to make a claim with Gary Charlon State Farm. I am so impressed that they nailed it twice that I decided to leave a review. With covid, nearly every company's customer service has tanked. But not Gary's group. They are the most professional industry I've worked with in years. And I didn't even WANT to deal with them because that means my car is hurt. Lol. But when you HAVE TO, it's nice to work with efficient, friendly people like Gary has working for him."

"My roof got wind damage, called my local State Farm office. They helped me find a roofer that responder right away. State Farm came out and inspected the damage, and then approved the whole roof replacement. They reached out every few weeks to make sure everything was moving forward. They were so helpful and made the process so smooth and easy."

"The damage to my car was repaired exelently. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. I drove my own second car until I needed to drive to Ontario airport. I rented a car as a claim. The trip to the airport was flawless. However, the return trip was a problem because Enterprise didn't have access to the airport, and I would have to get a taxi or Uber to the office in town. I selected to rent an Avis from the airport office. Bummer."
